Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026
The service
AdHarbour provides tools to plan, draft, safety-check, and export Google Ads campaigns for your business. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and have the authority to manage the ad accounts and stores you connect.
Your content and campaigns
You retain ownership of your business information, product data, and campaign content. You grant us permission to process that data to operate the service — for example, drafting ad copy, checking stock levels, and preparing Google Ads exports.
You are responsible for the adverts you publish, including compliance with Google Ads policies and applicable advertising law. Safety checks are an aid, not a guarantee of policy compliance.
Third-party platforms
The service integrates with Google Ads, Shopify, and other platforms under their own terms. We are not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your accounts, including ad disapprovals or account suspensions.
Ad spend
Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Google. Features such as Stock Sentry are designed to help reduce wasted spend, but we do not guarantee campaign performance or accept liability for advertising costs.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability in connection with it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. Questions about these terms can be raised via greatunionadmanager.com.
