Who we are
AdHarbour (greatunionadmanager.com) helps local businesses plan, draft, safety-check, and export Google Ads campaigns. We are based in Jersey, Channel Islands. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and password (or Google account identifier if you sign in with Google), used to create and secure your account.
- Business data — the business name, website, and location you provide during onboarding, used to draft and manage your campaigns.
- Store data — if you connect Shopify, we sync product titles, prices, images, URLs, and stock levels so campaigns can be drafted and safety-checked against live inventory.
- Campaign data — the adverts, keywords, budgets, and performance metrics associated with your Google Ads campaigns.
How we use it
We use your data solely to provide the service: authenticating you, drafting and managing campaigns, monitoring stock to protect ad spend, and showing performance results. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising unrelated to your own campaigns.
Where it lives
Account and application data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider). The application is served via Cloudflare. Shopify and Google Ads data is accessed through their official APIs under permissions you grant and can revoke at any time from those platforms.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and equivalent legislation, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights or delete your account and its data, contact us via greatunionadmanager.com.
Cookies and sessions
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change on this page.
